Forever21 Shopping Bag...

i love forever21

i just though i would share some of my favorites right now...

diamond knit top
diamond knit patterns craft this relaxed sweater featuring a hoodie, dolman sleeves, and a kangaroo pocket at the front. ribbed trim.
*i love the pattern on this sweater - i think it is so fun and unique

speckle stripes dress
a speckled knit construction sets this 3/4 sleeve knit dress apart, featuring a striped design and two pocket front.
*this dress totally caught my attention, it's simple but very girly to me. AND it has pockets, how is that not a perfect pick for me?! pockets always seal the deal for me

cross stitch poncho
conquer the cold in this cozy poncho. features winter inspired cross stitch pattern
*i know this is a little different and maybe a skeptical statement, but i'm going to give it a try!

double breasted coat with detachable hood
be prepared for anything with this great versatile coat! features detachable sweater hood, collar, and two front pockets with flap. double breasted with mock and working four button plackets. hidden interior button.
*i love love love this jacket.  it's not super girly, but its comfortable. a lot of my coats right now are kind of uncomfortable to toss on when i go to Esperanza to teach.  i end up taking it off just because of comfort and not weather, i think this will fix that problem!

i originally bought, what i thought was, amazing dresses for my Vegas trip.  but they weren't so fabulous at all, and were kind of expensive.  i returned them and used that money and a few more Christmas gift cards towards my forever21 fabulous finds!
the gift cards are now officially gone :(

70. Do not purchase anything from Forever21 for a month

Hardest one yet!
I hate going into the actual store but shopping online is my addiction, I am always on Forever21 looking for the newest styles - and now 31 long days later.. I'm back in action!
I'm sure the site has missed me!

52. Take out my nose ring

I love my nose ring from the bottom of my heart.
But its time to say Sianara!!

I feel that entering a high school looking as young as I do, the nose ring doesn't help... Unfortunately.
I want to go in as an authoritative figure! Which means I can't look like them - which I'm already failing at anyway... so! It's gone!

Sorry David.. :(

9. Buy something from Etsy

Wellll as I previously posted I fell in love with Little Shea's headbands from Etsy and I couldn't help myself but to purchase my favorites! I bought two and they came in the mail the other day and I've been so excited to share them!

This one is called 'Kait' and it is white beaded leaves on a white elastic headband.  It is perfect for a summer look which is really in right now with the heat and brighter colors - no one wants to wear black! I'm thinking of pairing it with a cute dress or a t-shirt and jeans casual look..

This is 'Bosco' and I feel like it's a little more dressy than 'Kait' but equally as fun and trendy. It is black and a dark silver metallic flower beaded headband. For this one I think I'm going to wear it on a date night out with David or the girls to try it out.  It too can be paired with a summer look, it isn't completely black, but I see myself wearing it out on the town more than a daily accessory.

I tried 'Bosco' around my head instead of on top just for a different look but both can be worn either way and are displayed on her Etsy page in multiple ways.

#9 Done and done and this was a GREAT purchase!

Little Shea's

While looking for the perfect hair piece idea for Woodstock this year I stumbled across Little Shea's Etsy page and couldn't have fallen deeper in love with her accessories!
'Kait'                                'Newbe'
'Bosco'                               'Amelia'
'Khloe'                                   'Dewey'
I have somewhere on that DZP list to buy something from Etsy and I think I've found my treasure!
The hard part is choosing which one.. or two :)!

Catching up..

So I've completed a few of my goals already and thought I'd share what I've finished so far..

1. Track down a Moleskin and actually start using it.

I have been looking for a Moleskin from Borders for the longest time and I made a point to put it on my list so that I wouldn't give up on finding one.. and I DID! So excited! It has organized me so much since I've gotten it and I take it with me everywhere. It's perfect!

19. Take hot yoga.

I've taken yoga with my best friend Lauren at the gym for some time but once I heard about hot yoga I had to give it a try. It's the best 80 mintues I could ever spend in 103 degree room. Hot yoga gives my body an amazing stretch while also making me sweat like crazy - and surprisingly I love it!

36. Buy a pair of TOMs shoes.

TOMs are such comfortable shoes and have such a good cause behind them. My first pair is a bright metallic silver pair my mom bought me for my 22nd birthday. I fell in love with them right away because they're extremely comfortable so I had to get a seocnd pair in a more neutral color for everyday wear. This gray pair is exactly what I was looking for!

45. Take Pictures in a photo booth.

While Erin and I were at the fair not too long ago we had to hit the photo booths to mark a goal off of both of our lists. These are sooo much fun and make me laugh every time I see them! I love my sister soo much and we had a blast this day at the fair!

Sister time is my favorite :)

50. Give tomatoes another try.

I have never liked tomatoes since I was a young girl. Let me make something clear - I can eat tomato sauce and I like salsa and that kind of mix but it is tomatoes raw that I cannot stand. It's been some time since the last time I tried them and so I figured I'd give them another try andddd SURE ENOUGH they are disgusting! .. At least I tried.

64. Run a mile straight without stopping.

David and I have been running for a few months now and I must admit I'm the slowest runner on earth BUT at least I'm trying! Welllll I have such a hard time getting through one run without stopping so I knew I'd have to make it a goal to get through one mile without stopping and I finally did it! With the help of my love behind me, I got through a little over a mile in one smooth run and it felt amazing!

There are many more goals that are in progress...

5. Read 10 "Motion Picture" Novels

1. The Death and Birth of Charlie St. Cloud

2. A Walk to Remember

8. Watch 26 movies I've never seen all starting with each letter of the alphabet.

G - (The) Goods

I - Inception

O - (The) Other Guys

S - Shutter Island

66. Attend 10 Yoga classes - I've completed 5

70. Do not purchase anything from Forever21 for a month - about half way through this one!! I think I can make it!

I'm really excited to share these goals and post my success!! This is just the start!
